General Declarations*

I will watch the basic riding demonstration given by the trek leaders and agree to follow their instructions for the duration of the days ride.

I confirm that to the best of my knowledge the above details are correct. I understand that my booking may be cancelled without refund if I have given incorrect information, such as weight or riding experience.

I am aware that some trekking routes include areas with low or no phone signal. Whilst trek leaders always carry mobile phones on treks, I understand that EUEPTS cannot guarantee that we will always be able to call for help from our exact location.

I understand that while trek leaders will do all they can to ensure I have a safe and enjoyable trek, riding is a risky sport and all ponies react unpredictably on occasion. All trekkers ride at their own risk.
