Glendevon Pony Trekking

From June to September each year we take our ponies to Glendevon, Clackmannanshire. Here our ponies enjoy the luxurious green grass whilst our trekkers enjoy the beautiful scenery the Ochil Hills have to offer. We trek every day of the week except Friday and offer four lengths of treks. Our trekking mobile becomes active in June for the summer. To book in Glendevon please call us on 07564335203, we occasionally miss calls due to being out on treks so please do leave us a voicemail with your name and number and we will call you back.

Please note that due to the size of our ponies we have a strict weight limit of 70 kg (154 lb). Please provide an accurate weight including clothing, helmet, and boots (everything you will be wearing while riding), so we can match you with a suitable steed. We reserve the right to verify your weight and cancel your trek if we do not have a suitable pony for you. Please also note that our full day treks have a reduced weight limit of 65 kg (143 lb).

Please also note that while we try to avoid cancelling treks wherever possible, we do reserve the right to do so, for example due to unforeseen weather events, pony illness/injury, or incorrectly reported trekker age, weight, or ability. We endeavour to give as much notice as possible in the rare instances where we have to cancel. In these instances, we cannot take responsibility for travel costs incurred should you have already travelled to, or started travelling to our location. All trekkers will be phoned the night before their trek as a courtesy to confirm and go through some important details. Please note if we are provided with an international number, or can’t reach the number provided, we will assume you are attending your trek. Cancellations within 48 hours of the trek or no-shows will be subject to payment in full.
